UK Connect keep law firm connected
UK Connect get DWF Paris connected
DWF, a global legal business with over 2,700 employees, recently called on UK Connect to save their internet connection last week in Paris. DWF works with a range of FTSE 100 multinational household names to private individuals, from both private and public sector, with a dynamic and original approach. The Financial Times named DWF one of Europe’s most innovative legal advisors, and they have 26 offices across 4 continents. Being left without internet would be disastrous.
UKC work with all sizes of companies, from FTSE 100 businesses Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Homes to smaller and more local businesses. DWF had moved into a new office in Paris with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which had been undergoing new developments. They needed a broadband solution in place by a deadline, and the leased line ordered through Colt had been delayed by several weeks. DWF were at a loss for any quick fixes; there was an absence on the French market for anything that would support a whole office on a temporary data service, which could in turn double-up as a disaster recovery service should the Colt line go down after installation.
360 Solutions sourced UK Connect and referred the DWF team directly to the services provided by the UK telecommunication provider, who were able to provide the short-term solution desperately needed – and the longer-term backup solution that was also sought. UK Connect’s Site Connect was utilised, an award-winning service that allows a large amount of users to access a seamless and fast broadband solution where other providers fail.
