How to set up your new VoIP soft-phone.

Welcome and thanks for choosing Countrywide Telecoms to provide your voice solutions.

In this video we will help you set up your mobile client for both Android and IOS.

Prerequisites 

  • You already have a VoIP account with Countrywide Telecoms.
  • You have a soft phone account.
  • You have been sent your account login information.

Down load the Call Switch Communicator app from the app store. After download open the app.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next you will need to login with your user name, password and MT03 server information this is available from your account manager.

 

 

After login in you can set up your profile and start making calls.
