The product and service

The Countrywide Team attended the London Build with the goal of raising awareness about Site Connect, one of the company’s services which has proved highly popular and useful to the construction industry.

An industry-wide problem is the inability to get connected on-site. The fluctuating nature of a build can make it nearly impossible to co-ordinate times of operation and installation of broadband, with BT average install times ranging from 3 weeks to 3 months. Connectivity is an essential component of most parts of life in the modern age, but especially so when working on team projects requiring communication between different teams – and this is unavoidable in a construction project. Site Connect can be installed in under 10 days, and using the latest technology guarantees speeds of up to 100mbps (against the industry average of 30mbps).

Another groundbreaking feature of Site Connect is the reliability and support provided by the Countrywide Team, who monitor the device 24/7 remotely, and carry out speedy technical support (often before the user themselves have detected the problem).

At the London Build, Countrywide and Site Connect went down a storm – and with technical updates being carried out regularly, it is expected to see more groundbreaking and industry-shaping inventions from the Countrywide team.
